Boy parts!

Things have been going very smoothly, its a bit eerie how wonderful the transition has been.  Brooke and Britney get the majority of the credit because they are entertaining, loving and compassionate.  Jeff and I are still like two deers in front of headlights especially when it comes to the "boy parts."  To sit him down or to stand him-that is the question.  Neither at this point seems to work well, it goes everywhere:( We need a urinal!

    If he's standing, put something in the toilet for him to aim into. Cheerios or something. And, if he's sitting, "poke it down". We taught Evan to sit but he figured out it's very cool to stand. Yikes.

    For us, the worst is when our son has to pee in the middle of the night! No matter what we say, he always defaults to standing up. And his aim is really bad at night. I suppose we should be glad when he's in the general vicinity of the potty. He has been known to pee in our dirty clothes hamper. Welcome to boys! :-)
