Jeju-Do Island

On Monday, June 13th we took a one hour flight to Jeju-Do island for the first phase of our Korea tour.  Many of you might question why we are  vacationing and not receiving our boy.  I question this too and oh the joy of parenthood, just when I got rid of that thing called parental guilt with my girls (how you might ask? when the girls began to have this thing called entitlement and freedom of choice/speaking their minds-it was like an antibiotic-I was healed).  I am now succumbed with it like a Tsunami when it comes to Braeden.  Oh...the answer to the original question-why are we vacationing?  Its really simple, it comes down to $; the cost of this international trip is pricey and the Asian "frugalness" in me took over and since the chances of us coming to Jeff/Rachel's birth country in the future (5 peeps) = slim chance we felt that we should tour this country to educate the girls' on their heritage prior to gaining placement.  Concurrently, being therapeutically sensitive we wanted the transition to be as regulating for our little guy and the constant traveling is not something that would be considered "cocooning."  I do not want to be hypocritical in what I tell my families:)

FYI: Such great service!
